Stately mansion was empty and did not have a nice lived in look.
Curtains, furniture and accessories really pulled this together and it was all done on budget.
Homeowner was selling For Sale By Owner and took photos in the dark and hadn't cleaned the kitchen...
With professional photos, natural light and some organization, this put this home into a entirely different category!
This house was on the market with a different Realtor for 6 months with no offers. Between the laminate countertops and a cluttered counter, it wasn’t appealing to buyers.
At Angela's suggestion, the seller installed granite countertops, a new sink with faucet and tile backsplash. They also de-cluttered, added small things like a new mailbox and updated light fixtures and staged the guest cottage as a 3rd bedroom. There were 2 offers in the first 4 days on the market!
Although the kitchen had granite countertops and stainless appliances, the oak cabinets made it feel dated.
An easy update. The cabinets were painted white to give them a fresh cottage look and the knobs/pulls were updated to reflect the cottage feel. These changes along with a new photo, made this kitchen more desirable!
Bright salmon paint and outdated fixtures make it hard for the buyer to imagine themselves in this space.
The new paint job looks fabulous without sacrificing bolds colors. In addition to new light fixtures, this kitchen was brought out of the 1980's and into the 21st Century.
Dark and gloomy paint with builders grade screen doors, overgrown landscaping and metal hand railings.
A fresh and "beachy" paint job, upgraded storm doors, new solid wood hand rails and manicured landscaping made this house sell for LIST Price!
Dated builder grade vanity and fixtures.
New vanity and fixtures with elegant shower curtain and accessories.
