Hi Angela...I wanted to thank you for all the hard work you put into making the sale of my house happened. Selling a house can be hard work, but I really didn't know how hard it would be until I was selling this house. I always thought you just put a for For Sale sign out and let people walk through. Boy was I wrong. First you have to fight for your price with buyers, appraisers, etc. After that is agreed upon, then you have an inspection. As in my case an inspection on a 100 year old house, revealed a lot of work. Luckily I had you on my team. You helped me in a multitude of ways, from getting quotes on repairs, making sure work was completed and done right and even making sure the lawn was mowed ; ), all of which I know I could not have gotten done,and certainly not in the time frame required to meet the act of sale.
